Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are packed and handed to our courier partner within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays get processed the next working day.

Delivery time

Most metro and tier-1 cities: 3–5 business days. Smaller towns and remote pin codes: 5–7 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees — courier networks occasionally have their own delays, especially around festivals.

Shipping cost

Flat rate of ₹60 per order across India. Orders above ₹999 ship free — no code needed, it applies automatically at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link by email and SMS. If you don’t see it within 2 days of ordering, check your spam folder before reaching out — it happens more than you’d think.

Coverage

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes within India. International shipping isn’t available yet — that’s a “later” feature, not a “never.”

Delays outside our control

Weather events, strikes, festival rushes (Diwali especially), and regional logistics issues can occasionally push delivery past the estimate. We’ll proactively email you if we know about a major delay affecting your order.
