Arovi Natural Wellness LLP runs arovi.life, an online store selling Sea Buckthorn-based wellness, skincare, and supplement products. This page covers what data we collect from visitors and customers, why we collect it, and what control you have over it.

Information we collect

When you browse the site, we automatically pick up basic technical details — browser type, device, approximate location, pages viewed, and how you got here (search, ad, direct link). This happens through cookies and analytics tools, the same way most online stores work.

When you create an account, place an order, or sign up for updates, we collect what you give us directly: name, email, phone number, delivery address, and billing address. We do not store your card or UPI details — that’s handled entirely by our payment processor, who has their own security and compliance standards (PCI-DSS for card data).

Why we collect it

Mainly to get your order to your door and answer your support questions if something goes wrong. If you’ve opted into marketing emails, we’ll use your email for that too — and you can opt out any time with one click in the email footer.

Who sees your data

Three parties, max: our shipping courier (to deliver the package), our payment gateway (to process the transaction), and internal team members handling your order. We don’t sell, rent, or trade customer data to advertisers or data brokers — there’s no business model here that depends on that.

Cookies

Standard stuff: a cart cookie so your basket doesn’t empty itself, and analytics cookies (Google Analytics or similar) so we know which products and pages actually get used. You can block cookies in your browser settings, though the cart function may stop working properly if you do.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing (hello@arovi.life). We’ll respond within a reasonable window — Indian data protection norms suggest 30 days as a baseline, though most requests get handled faster.

Changes to this policy

If anything material changes — new third parties, new data types collected — we’ll update this page and note the revision date at the bottom.
