Returns & Refund Policy

Wellness and skincare products carry extra hygiene considerations, so our returns policy is a bit more specific than a typical retail store. Here’s how it works in practice.

What’s returnable

Unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging, within 7 days of delivery. Think: you ordered two of something by mistake, or it just doesn’t suit you and you haven’t broken the seal.

What’s not returnable

Once a bottle, jar, tube, or sachet has been opened, it can’t go back into our inventory for resale — that’s a hygiene and safety standard, not a loophole we made up. This applies to capsules, oils, creams, soaps, shampoos, and ingestible products across the board. The one exception is genuine product defects (see below).

Damaged or wrong item received

This is on us, not you. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or isn’t what you ordered, email (hello@arovi.life) within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a couple of photos. Once we verify it, you get a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. No questions about “why didn’t you check sooner,” within reason.

Refund timeline

Once a return or defect claim is approved, refunds go back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Bank processing on their end can occasionally push that out a few extra days — that part isn’t something we control.

How to start a return

Email (hello@arovi.life) with your order number, the product, and the reason. We’ll send instructions — sometimes that means shipping it back, sometimes (for defective items) we just process the refund without needing it returned, depending on the situation.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge as long as they haven’t shipped yet. Once a courier has picked it up, it falls under the returns process above instead.
